Our prices start at 20,000 FCFA for a studio (around 35m2) and are adjusted based on surface area, service type, and frequency. A recurring weekly clean is priced more favourably than a one-off service. Request a free quote and you will receive a detailed proposal within 2h.

No, that is not necessary. Many clients leave us their keys or an access code. All our teams are vetted (criminal record, references), covered by professional liability insurance, and you receive a photo report after every intervention.

We use exclusively eco-friendly and biodegradable products, free from harsh solvents. They are safe for children, pets, and delicate surfaces, and kind to the environment. On request, we can adapt our range to specific needs (allergies, precious surfaces).

We can be on-site within 24h in Abidjan and Dakar for standard services. For large surfaces, post-renovation cleans, or end-of-lease services, we recommend allowing 48 to 72h for optimal preparation. For urgent requests, call us - we will do our best.

Our satisfaction guarantee is total. If something does not meet your expectations, let us know within 24h and we will return free of charge to correct it. This has happened in fewer than 1% of cases - and every time, we resolved the issue within 48h.

You pay only after the service, once the quality check is validated. We accept Orange Money, Wave, MTN Mobile Money, bank transfer, cheque, and cash. For recurring contracts (businesses, regular cleaning), billing is monthly.

For now, our coverage is focused on Greater Abidjan and Greater Dakar. We do, however, consider individual requests for Grand-Bassam, Assinie, Saly, and Mbour - contact us to assess feasibility.
